I can’t stand when people praise and glorify themselves! If you’re that desperate for recognition, pay someone to listen and spare the crowd. You might have lost weight, but; we don’t care, it was necessary and about time! Goddamn self-indulging ass kissers!

Am I the only one who thinks it’s just poor etiquette and lack of social judgment, when people can’t overcome the urge to tell the world how great or cool they are? People who need to share their latest significant purchase, hat they scored on a math test or other significant personal accomplishment with everyone, got, in my mind, larger issues that they should be focusing their energy on.

I’m sorry but it really pisses me off that I can’t even open Facebook without getting the latest “look-at-me” news, which I didn’t ask for! I might be old fashioned but I think the reward of something I did, that made me proud, is much greater when recognized without me having to advertise it.
