I know now why the cat in my residence is more than just ordinary vigilant around me. It’s not, as my good friend suggested, that cats in fact are the supposed alpha males of any herd, and that she might feel a tad frighten by the fact that I’m a mere 204 lbs. heavier than she. No the cat is frightened because I apparently hold an invisible sledge hammer covered in blood, with the inscription “Here kitty…” written in runes along the shaft, I simply wasn’t aware! Silly me…
